Whenever personal information (name, address, credit card numbers, etc.) is required, we will explicitly ask you to supply it. Any personal information provided will be used to tailor our products and services to better suit the interests of our valued customers.
The International Traveler will not intentionally sell or disclose any personal information about you or your travel plans to any other persons, organizations, or companies known to collect such information expressly for the purposes of delivering unsolicited email or illicit materials. Your personal information may be divulged when required by law or when protecting the legal rights and/or property of The International Traveler.
Credit card information that is presented by our clients during the course of a confirmation is forwarded directly to and charged by the cruise line or tour company that the client has chosen. All cruise charges are fully refundable until the final payment date unless stated on confirmation. All cruise and land tour package cancellation fees and stipulations will be included on the initial e-mail confirmation. Booking confirmation will be received by e-mail immediately upon deposit approval and travel documents will arrive to the client mailing address 3-4 weeks prior to departure.
